What types of wood do you offer?
We can get most species of woods, however we most commonly stock the following: Walnut, Teak,  Maple, Cherry, Ash, Antique Heart Pine, Brazilian Cherry, Zebrano, Tigerwood, White Oak, Wenge, African Mahogany.
 

Is wood a good surface choice?

Wood is no fad. It is a traditional and classic countertop choice that has found it's time with new generations of chefs and home cooks.
Wood has had many uses over the ages. As a counter top surface it is ideal. Available in many colors and grain patterns wood is durable, beautiful and gains charm with time.

 

Are your wood counter tops food safe?
Our tops are safe for food prep and  food contact.

If you order a sealed and oiled  top you may cut and chop directly on it.

If you order our "Supreme" finished top you may safely prepare food. Chopping not recommended on this type.


What precautions must I take with a wood counter top?
Our finish is totally safe using :

Water

Boiling water

Oil, Salad dressing, Vinegar

Teriyaki sauce

Red Wine, alcohol

Windex, 409, Fantastic,

 

Do not subject to:

Boiling oil, pure Chlorox, Industrial solvents and cleaners, acetone, fingernail polish remover.

How do I care for my wood counter top?
For wide plank:  Use a good furniture cream or polish once a month for the life of the product.

 

For Edge Grain and End Grain: Oil with mineral oil or Butcher block dressing oil once per month.

How do I install my wood counter top?
• High grade silicon is typically used in order to install our countertops, we will offer advice on how to install our products when you place your order.

How do I get a price?
• You may fax or email a layout or dimensions for your project. We get price quotes back in 24 hours 

How do I place an order?
 We accept Visa, Mastercard, and checks as a form of payment. We require a 50% deposit to initiate an order. The final balance will be due before we ship the product.

How do you ship your product?
  We use cushioned crates for every counter top. Your counter top will arrive in perfect condition. We fully insure all of our orders.

Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty which covers all manufacturing defects.
